Contract of Sale

After placing an order with us, we will send you an acknowledgement email of this which comprises our offer to you to purchase our product.

You agree to provide current and accurate purchase and account information for all purchases made at our store. We are not responsible for any liabilities suffered as a result of incorrect information provided by you.

We will confirm that this order has been accepted when we send you an email confirming the product has been dispatched. This is when the contract is formed.

We are only obliged to supply a product when a contract is formed (once an email confirming a product ordered has been dispatched is received by the customer). Hence, at any time before a contract is formed, we reserve the right to be able to refuse, limit, cancel or amend an order placed by you. This restriction may include orders placed by or under the same customer account, name, credit card and/or billing or shipping address. We may contact you or notify you with your contact details at the time an order is placed.
