Orders within Australia

The price for Standard Post is AU$6.95 within Australia, or FREE for orders over $49 (after any discounts applied).

 

Express Post (AusPost)

The price for Express Post is AU$12.95 within Australia.

 

International orders

The price for standard shipping to New Zealand starts at AU$14.95.

The price for standard shipping to countries in Asia Pacific start from AU$19.95.

For shipping to other parts of the world, prices start from AU$29.95.

When will my order ship?

We are always working to get your orders on their way to you as quickly as we can. Most orders will be dispatched from our warehouse in Australia within 3 business days. You will get a notification when your order has started its journey so you can track its progress.

 

When will my order arrive?

COVID-19 update: Most of our orders will ship with either Australia Post's Parcel Post service or Sendle. Both providers are currently experiencing delays in their networks due to the pandemic and as a result, we are not able to provide ETAs on the arrival of your order. For the latest updates on the impact of COVID-19 on delivery times, please visit the Australia Post or Sendle websites.

In normal circumstances, for orders shipping to Australian addresses, allow 2-5 business days for it to arrive. If you need your order quickly, you can select Express Post at checkout, which will usually be delivered in 1-3 business days (depending on where in Australia it's going).

Change of mind

For change of mind returns or exchanges, your product needs to:

1. Be in perfect, brand new condition; and

2. Have all tags, labels and original packaging intact

Sale items can only be returned if the item is faulty. We will not accept returns on worn, damaged or otherwise non-saleable products unless they arrived to you damaged or faulty.

Postage will not be refunded for change of mind return and exchange.

 

Damaged, faulty or incorrect items

If your order arrives damaged, the product is faulty or it was not what you ordered, you can choose to have the items replaced or refunded.

We will also refund the original postage cost if you ordered online.

 

Process for returns or exchanges

To commence a return or exchange, for either a change or mind; or for damaged, faulty or incorrect items, please contact us on contact@livingwords.co with your order number and details of your request.

Once your request has been approved, our Customer Service team will send a confirmation email with a Return Form that will detail where to send your returned product(s). You will have to pay for the postage to return the product.

 

How to exchange a product

1. Place a new order for the product you have in mind. That helps ensure you get what you are after as quickly as possible, rather than waiting for it to reach us and potentially selling out in the meantime.

2. Send back the items you are exchanging using the Return Form.

3. When we receive your returned items we will process a refund for them within 3 business days. Except where the goods were damaged, faulty or incorrectly supplied only the item will be refunded, not initial postage. For a couple of extra dollars we recommend that you purchase the registered post option so that if your package goes missing you can track it down. (As you are the sender in this case we will not have the authority to track down the parcel).

 

How to return a product

1. Fill out the Return Form, securely package up the return items and include the completed return form in the package.

2. Take your item to the post office – we recommend choosing the 'registered post' option at the post office. That way, if your package goes missing, you can track it down with registered post. (As you are the sender in this case, we will not have the authority to track down the parcel).

3. Once your return reaches our warehouse, we will refund your order (excluding postage) within 3 business days. If the return is because the goods were damaged, faulty or incorrectly supplied, we will also reimburse you any postage. We will send you an email to let you know that the refund has been processed. Depending on your bank, the funds should show up in your account within 1-5 business days.
